Mortly MD is a free mortgage calculator for Android and iOS. Three tabs cover the usual questions: Payment (monthly principal and interest, plus tax and insurance), Payoff (for example, paying a 30-year loan off in 15 years), and Points (when mortgage points break even). Version 1 collects no data: there is no account, no analytics, no advertising, and no network access. Numbers you enter stay on the device and are excluded from device backups. The first store release is still pending.
